With the Ngenic Tune app, you have your heating right at your fingertips. Adjust the temperature, monitor how the climate is changing in different parts of the house, and tailor the heating to your plans right from your phone.
On the home screen, you'll see the current indoor and outdoor temperatures, as well as the target temperature Tune is working toward. Here, you can quickly raise or lower the temperature whenever you want it a little warmer or cooler at home.
If you have multiple sensors, you can choose which ones will be used for control. You might want both the ground floor and the upper floor to influence the heating, or have a sensor in the basement take control for a certain period. When multiple sensors are used, control is based on their average temperature. You can also monitor the temperature from sensors that are not used for control.

In History, you can track temperature and humidity over time. Switch between daily, monthly, and yearly views to get both detailed information and a broader overview of how the climate in your home is changing.
There’s also an “Impact” feature that shows when Tune is trying to increase or decrease the heating. This makes it easier to understand how the system works and how the house responds to different conditions. With the Ngenic Track accessory, you can also track energy consumption directly in the app.
Under "Energy," you can view an estimate of your monthly or annual savings when sufficient data is available. This calculation helps you track trends over time and gain a better understanding of the results of your heating control system.

With Scheduling, you can adjust the temperature based on how you use your home. If you’re going on a trip, you can create a schedule with a start and end time. Tune will then work to return to your usual temperature once the schedule ends. You can also create recurring schedules that follow your weekly routines.
Under Settings, you can view your devices and their status, add new devices, manage users, and update building and energy information. Here you'll also find notifications, language settings, and a link to support.
If you have Tune Standard or Tune Premium, you can also enable and customize electricity price control directly in the app.
